Rental Conditions

  

The prices quoted include electricity, water and linen and towels.  The first basket of logs for the wood-burner is provided free.  Further wood is available for purchase.

 

A non returnable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 2 months prior to your arrival, along with a security deposit of £150.   The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of the end of the rental period, assuming there has been no damage and the gite is left in a clean state.  Alternatively, a cleaning fee of £50 may be paid.

 

Cancellations should be made in writing, by registered mail or email. Cancellations made more than eight weeks prior to the due arrival date will forego the deposit only. Cancellations made 4 - 8 weeks prior to arrival date will forego 50% of total rental, unless the gite is re-booked . Those made less than 4 weeks prior to the due arrival date will forego the full amount unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.

 

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance before departure (including cancellation cover).

 

Bookings are normally taken from Monday to Monday. The gite is available from 3:30pm on the day of arrival to 10:30am on the day of departure.  If you need to arrive on a different day please ask.

 

Outside of the main holiday periods we are happy to take short breaks,  contact us for details.

 

Smoking is not allowed inside the gite although you may do so outside.
